I have the video and I practically memorized it so yeah... I think it is helpful. If you have never done a rebuild and have no one to show you, then this video plus the FSM is the next best thing.

It proves very useful...after thoroughly reading and understanding the FSM & the Haynes Manual, learning from this video makes (dis)assembling an Engine all the easier.

they use to send it via USPS so it was an extra $ 4 for shipping and very low brokarage fees. Now they only use UPS. Not there fault. But it does raise the prices for the canadian buyer.

Thanks for the replies. Ordered the video. Awesome.

Now wondering if I should port the intake, or not. I saw the template on mazdatrix. I'm worried about smog. I heard only port the secondary intake. California smog doesn't test after 3000 rpm and that's supposedly when the secondary kicks in. Any pointers?

That would be the worst idea, I have heard this week.

Someone that does that, should be arrested.

Yeah, that would be messed up and although may help some cheap asses learn to build their engine, it would be a huge hit towards all of the people who put the time and effort into making a useful product such as this available to the rotary community.

i agree, it would be a crime. that video is in depth, easy to understand, and gives you a visual on a complete teardown and rebuild. IMO they should charge more, but he supports others learning about the rotary engine, even gives his email for questions. dont be cheap show your support pay the 30 something bux
