1. I have a cleaner S5 n/a shell than the S4 TII shell. Can iput the RE in the S5 and use the S4 TII ecu/harness? Am i complicating the process by putting the RE in the S5?

2. Do i have to get an RE MAF or can i use my S4 TII MAF?

3. The flywheel. I understand that i can use the S5 flywheel. Does it have to be TII? And i hope this isnt a silly question, but i HAVE to use a counterweight regardless of what flywheel right? I thought i read somewhere that if you use the S5 flywheel then the counterweight isnt needed. That doesn't sound accurate, but i thought i should ask.
I hate to thread jack, but i don't want to.make another thread.
1. no, putting the S4 harness in an S5 is a huge job. happily the S5 NA harness is almost the same as the S5 T2, so you can use the S5 NA harness, and just find/buy an S5 T2 ecu/afm/map sensor. or skip that and buy an adaptronic.

3. the cosmo's were all automatics, so they all come with a counterweight on them. so its very easy to just buy an after market flywheel and be done.

Thank you... That cleared up a lot of confusion...
