Hey guys. I'm in the middle of my 13B rebuild, and before I begin putting it back together, I just had a couple questions. Are there any parts or anything that I should definitely replace? I ask this because I was just cleaning up some parts, and I noticed that one of my exhaust actuators is frozen solid, while the other one I can push in and out with my hand. Also, do you guys recommend any reliability/performance mods while I have the engine apart? I'm not trying to do anything serious such as machining and such, just small things if any to gain performance. Thanks!
