anyone know where i can order a stock 13b rebuilt or factory block for a good price? or even used. my engine siezed due to oil starving. everytime i rotate the crank with a breaker bar it seizes up again when i try to get it to turn over
most places will require a core for them to rebuild. i would check with www.rotaryresurrection.com
