13B Engine
13B Engine
I am selling my 1990 Mazda RX-7 and i really know nothing about rotary engines. i know there are turbo and non turbo rx-7's . I know the GXL (which i have) is a non turbo stock. The person i had bought my car from had rebuilt the engine before i had bought it. The engine i have in my car is the 13B, i have really no clue as to what that really means. i was just wondering if it is possible that it could be turbo charged and if so how would i tell. I know he had removed the air conditioning for some reason, if that has anything to do with anything.. as stupid as this question is i really dont know the answer.... i have had many people ask me if the engine was turbo chared and i have been telling them no... i know the GXL is non turbo stock... but is it in any way possible that the person who rebuilt thi engine before me added turbo... and if so how could i tell....
I'me betting its just a non turbo 13b unless the previous owner did a turbo swap without swapping the tranny etc.
Iceblue, where do you get those rotor alternator pulleys? I can't find them!!
