12v+ on E FAN...answer quick please (easy question)
Can i hook up the BAT (+12v lead) up to the alternator?

I'd run it directly to the battery.. it's pretty much the best way to ensure a good, clean, constant +12v that I know of.. that's why we never hook up amplifiers directly to an alternator, too much fluxuation.

reason being my battary connectors are completely fucked up and wont allow me to take them off completely withot destroying them (heavy corrosion,but new battary)

hmm, i wonder if a person just had a battery and have a voltage switch like on a water pressure tank, were it'd only kick in after it gets so low so it didnt suck power, then have it on a switch for dragging so it didnt make any drain.
