12a throttle body on 13b?

okay, so, this maybe a newbish question, but i tried searching and i didn't find any hints on this subject so I'm going to ask on here since most of you guys are knowledgeable about things like this.

My buddy of mine found a TWM itb's for a 12a motor at the junk yard. I'd like to say i have pictures, but like I said, my buddy found it, and I'm currently not in the states.
Is there a way I can make a 12a throttlebody on a 13b without too much fabrication? I'm well aware that the 12a and 13b are pretty different. But I've seen many hybrid applications, so I was wondering if it was possible. And whether or not it's actually worth it if it's possible to do so.

Thanks in advance

Everything about it would be custom. You can probably make it fit your build, but without a full standalone there would not be any way to run the engine.

you'd be better off swapping to s5 intake manifolds with properly working VDI. That will give you the widest powerband.
