10psi and no fuel cut....... yea...
so uhhhh i put my walbro in, and my manual boost controller in, richened up the SAFC about 4-5% in the midrange and raised the boost up to about 10 lbs (11 falling to 8 or so)
we went out for a test drive to make sure the boost wasnt spiking over 11 lbs and.... it didnt fuel cut... the boost hits about .8 bar, holds at .7 til 6000 or so then falls to about .5 by redline by redline. right where i wanted it. so the car isnt cutting fuel above 8psi... WHY? this scares me. WHY OH WHY?
i bought a nice racing beat FCD and i havent been using it cause it iwll serve no purpose til i get this figured out...

Maybe you have a bad MAP sensor.... or the vacume hose for it is connected in the
wrong spot?****
That's a good point. I'd put a meter on the input wire at the ECU and monitor the voltage when you are at full boost to find out just what is going on.
There are some voltage figures on a graph on this site: http://www.teamfc3s.org/info/articles/fcd/diy_fcd.htm

i checked the pressure sensor per the FSM specs and it says it should be between 1.9v and 2.2v i think. mine was at 1.88v. does that mean its bad? i was assuming thats close enough to 1.9
what does the ECU do to the engine if it sees no pressure sensor?

Carefull grasshopper!!!
where are you getting you boost signal from, what type of gauge are you useing?
It may be possible the fuel may have been removed from the ecu, if it was reprogramed.
put the stock intake back on in the mean time, or the FCD for safteys sake

per the FSM:
- code 13 - pressure sensor (intake manifold pressure)
- broken wire/short circuit
- fail-safe function: intake manifold pressure input fix at 760 mmHg (29.9 inHg)
so i guess this is my problem. my engine goes out of vacuum and says "uhoh! i guess i'll throw on the check engine light!" so i'm guessing this is also throwing off my fuel maps... *goes and turns the boost down*
