10AE with white S5 TII rims?

Anyone got any pictures of this? It's what I want to do with my car, as soon as I can find some reasonably priced s5 TII rims.....

off topic, but i believe i heard the tii rims were pretty damn heavy, and lots of aftermarket wheels weighed less.....and look better (my opinion)

Mwhaha, I love them! I'm debating what to use them for.. autocross, or daily driving (I still have my old AE wheels as well with the original tires!)

Anyways, glad you like them, I sure as hell do!

Holy crap that AE looks sweet with those meshies.

Kevin, how could you sell your rims??

Oh well.

I have a set of FD rims that I plan on powdercoating white to put on my AE.

88's are 7 spoke and 87's are 10 spoke.

I had the 88 7 spoke rims, and I still have 3 of them if anyone needs some. I need to clean them first though.

I sold them because they were drawing too much attention from the Police. I mean, yeah, I was drifting sideways in front of that motorcycle cop when I got my Exhibition of Speed ticket...but...it was the rims I tell you!

Same with my 85+mph in a 55 ticket. It was those rims!!

*grin*

So I decided to go with something lower key, like a black, bronze or anthracite wheel.

NEVAR!!1!!

Heh.

After the dyno tune with the S-AFC II the car is running super strong. Enough to get second and third gear scratches on 215 series Kumho MX's (The stickiest of the ickiest).

If I put on my R compound 15's and air them down and launch at a ridiculous RPM...a high 14 second 1/4 mile time isn't out of the question.

Woo!

Yeah, they're all out to get you. Jealousy I bet....

Glad I'm getting good response on the wheels. Another debt brought on to me by the beautiful AE.
