Does anyone have 10AE specific parts book/part numbers? I'd like to replace my shift ****/boot with an original if possible, but can't find part numbers anywhere. All of the OEM parts fiche sites leave out the 10AE stuff.

Also, if anyone has a scan of the accessory catalog that had the tall armrest in it that would be great too.
