10AE dash year?
Is the 10ae dash an s4 or s5? As I looked vents and idiot surround it seems the 88 dash parts don't come it black. Anyone know?

they only s4 with a black interior (in the united states), was the 1988 10th anniversary. good luck finding them new (or used, for that matter)

So the idiot cluster cover in the center of the dash, in black for the 88 dash is unavailable? And never was? What interior parts enterchage with the s5?

the idiot cluster surround is not interchangeable from s4 to s5. you would have to ask mazda if it's available.

You can use an S5 surround if you use a S5 idiot cluster. The S5 cluster plugs right in.
