1 of the ebrake cable is stuck

changed my rear pads today and on the driver side the cable is stuck like if the ebrake was up, and the other side works fine..has anyone ever had this problem? i tried pulling on it and it wouldnt budge..do i have to replace the whole ebrake cable?

thanx in advance for any info

i have the same problem lol, just happend to me the other day, i had no choice but to use the car to get to work, i bet my rotor was glowing at one point, my guess is that my rear right rotor is getting old and somehow the part that holds the outer pad got wedged on the slider. -alex

If you can't get it free, then use, replacing the whole line would be wise.
