is a 1/10th of an inch too much

is a 1/10th of an inch short from spec for the oil pressure control valve spring too much? I'm going to replace it, but should I assume this is the cause of my low oil pressure or should I dig deeper.?

i wouldn't think so... that's only a couple mm's...

no it does not, it only says what it should be. Both my haynes and the FSM leave out the tolerences.

how low is your pressue? is it like a lil low or is it like none?

none at idle, normal above 3 grand
