02 wire

well the oxygen sensor wire is totally crisp and i pretty much stripped it down pretty far and taped it up. is there a way to test it to make sure its still working. but the wire was pretty fried.

If the o2 sensor wasnt working you would get an error code from the ECU wouldnt you?

A new universal bosch replacement costs like $30 I think.

You can test continuity with a multimeter.

or if the wire connecting to the o2 sensor is ok and you just fryed it by having the wire hang on your header or something? just replace the wire..

im talking about the actual wire on the wire harness not the one that comes off the sensor.
