*Please Help!!* s4 turbo to s5 turbo swap

Okay, I have an '88 turbo with a blown engine and a s5 TII engine running and willing to swap... I've searched and found some info on the swap, basically from what I've read I'll need to swap all the externals from the s4 over to the s5 correct? I've also heard that the rear irons are different, will this affect anything? I have the stock harness and ECU from the S5, I'm an aircraft electrician and deal with wiring diagrams and wiring everyday so rewiring the ECU will be no problem, except I don't know what I need to rewire.

Summed up, she's me daily driver and I'm looking to get her back on the road as quickly and easily as possible!!

Yeah, I think I'm typing it in wrong on searches or maybe my browser is screwed because I keep getting a not found or web page error. Thanks though, I'm still trying to find a wiring diagram/pin-out of the S4 and S5 Dash harness on Japanese cars so I can just repin the harness using the S4 plugs... This seems to be a little more difficult, the language barrier thing sucks 'cause I can't just run down the the local Mazda shop and ask for a Manual.

*sigh* I guess I'll have to break out the multimeter and do the pin-out myself.
