Has anyone seen or done a gauge conversion in the stock location I want to put new temp, Oil & Fuel pressure gauges. To replace stock boost, temp, and oil gauges. I want to keep the fuel level Tach and spedo stock.

(also I want to keep the stock buzer in place)

new gauge sizes are 52mm or 2 1/16"

Circuit board in the gauge cluster wont allow it. I've seen every gauge in the panel replaced with Autometer gauges but the guy who did it said it was such a pain he wouldnt recommend anyone to do it and he'd never do it again either.

THis guy put an electronic speedometer and cut into the circuit board on the back and every other guage still worked. Not sure if everything will work if you go through with the other guages.

THere is a ton load of people on torquecentral.com running custom guage clusters and I have yet to hear anyone of them say it's too much of a pain that they would never do it again.

But it definitely looks cleaner.

Yea, but this guy wants to keep the stock fuel level, tach, and speedo. As far as all aftermarket gauges, I've never done it. Another forum member did it on here a while back, he said it was a pain in the ***. Just taking his word for it.

it would probably be easier to make a new cutout and replace EVERY guage.
