i want the front mount and i dont want to run IC piping all around and under the front end.

Damn that IC setup has things going off in my head. I like that alot, other than the fact you have to cut out for the piping. I never liked the routing of most FMIC's on FC's. That certainly looks better. You should have yourself a very bad *** car when your done. Good luck on it

I spent the weekend taking the Upper and lower manifolds (t2) and degreasing them sanding them and painting them with high temp BBQ paint. (silver). They look like new. Detail work is what sets a nice car apart from an amazing car. If you are going to do it.. do it right.

Awesome man. Keep it up. I'm glad to see you documenting on this. For the record, I had absolutely NOTHING to do with the oil mess or the lame *** metal wire tie around the injector clip. The guy I bought from was a complete douche and I found that out as I started working on the car. What you are finding only provides more proof of his douche-ness. I can't wait to see this thing done.

That would be a stock fan that sits in front of the radiator, for extra cooling. It was optional on Turbo's, I believe (check the 2nd gen what the car came with thread). My S5 TII also has one.
