Exclamation $600+ for Fuel Injectors?!?!?!?!?!HELP!!!

I was scrolling through the website of a local parts and was thinking of buying new fuel injectors since i need to use tha car everyday and have no tyme to send my current injectors to be cleaned.......

then i came across fuel injectors that cost from 400-600 dolars!!!!
there were some for like 70 or 100 ....but i dunno the difference....i think one is low impedance and one is high impedance or sumthing like that..

Should i just get tha ones that are 100 ???

Smile Why bother with sending them out?

Title says it all, unless you've got problems already. Go the premix route using MMO, Marvel Mystery Oil, or any TCW3 premix. After you run a couple of tankfuls thru your engine there shouldn't be anything left to be cleaned out of your injectors.
Good Luck
Gerrard

P.S. 1/2 - 1 oz/gal premix

Premix doesn't clean your injectors. MMO might, but not TCW-3 2-stroke oil.

really...would MMO really clean injectors?..i thought its just a lubricant and a oil additive.....yes..i know it was developed to use with supercharged planes and crap..but im not sure it contains any detergents

Absolutely nothing you put in your tank is anywhere near as good as professional ultrasonic cleaning. Especially not oil...

If you can find alternative transport for a couple of days, a decent diesel service company should be able to properly service them and have them ready next day. That's what I did.
