if this is including the new clutch, removal and install plus resurfacing then yea thats reasonable..

however doing it yourself and just sending the flywheel down to the local shop to get resurfaced will save u big $$$

Stock clutch is about $117 for employees, so the rest of your $500 is going to labor and about $30-$50 for resurfacing which he probably wont do anyways.

Its still about right for what you are paying though.. Not a raging deal, but not a ripoff either.

RP performance (rotary shop) here gave me a 300 dollar quote for a clutch job, I thought it was reasonable. Its easy as **** though if its not an emergency I'd try it yourself

^ A clutch is a big job if you've never even dropped a tranny (on any car) before and don't have a whole lot of wrenching experience. He's got to plan for the car to be down multiple weekends, even though it can be easily done in an afternoon by someone experienced.

6 hours tops, uninstall, re install, all you need is a buddy, a jack, the new clutch+ flywheel, and some beer or rockstar! both are good!

peace
