Z32 300zx wheels on an fc?

I just came across a sweet deal on a set of z32 wheels with tires. I've been looking to replace my old messed up wheels for a while now and this seems perfect. Has anyone ever run 300zx wheels on an FC before?

Would I have to run spacers? Offset? I don't know much about wheels.

Could someone post up a picture of how it would look like on an FC?
Thanks!

Well that depends on which wheels they are..

The TT(twin turbo) z32 wheels came in 16x7.5 +45 with a 225/50-16 tire front, and 16x8.5 +34 with a 245/45-16 rear.

I'm assuming they are the NA(naturally aspirated) wheels(which would mean they are 16x7.5 +45 all around)
I would go with either a 20mm, or 25mm bolt on spacer all around to be safe. Also, you may have to roll your fenders, but I doubt it.

You shouldn't need spacers for 16x7 +45.

Seller said they're 16x7.5 (the picture i posted is the actual set) with 16x225x50 tires. I'm at stock height but saving up for coilovers currently so I don't think I'll have to worry about rubbing

steps;

1: get z32 wheels

1.5:get spacers

2: get coils

3: look very good, for a decent price.

On a side note, I seen a set of Tein coils for less than $200 on ebay, get them rebuilt for another $3-400(assuming they're blown) and have $1500 coils for $5-600.

When it comes to fitment I doubt it could be worse than this. I'm just curious as to how those wheels would look on an FC.

Where are these tein coilovers?!?!

Who the **** do you think you are? He's putting god damn Nissan wheels on a Mazda to save money on new wheels anyway so why he **** would he care about spacers to make them look "good"? Here's an idea... spend the $130 you were going to spend on spacers to buy better wheels all together!

Whoa whoa whoa bud. Calm the **** down hahaha it was a simple joke. My name is chris, and I very well KNOW who I am. MANY people seek my advice when fitting wheels, and I love sharing my knowledge of wheel fitment, just as folks in the tech section help others with mecanical advice(I know this sounds a little ignorant, but hope you get my point) If you think just because he's putting "nissan wheels" on his car, he doesn't care about the look? Then why in the ****** world would he get new wheels anyways? And "nissan wheels" look great on fc's. r33 gtr wheels, r34 gtr wheels, 350z wheels, g35 wheels. Alllll kinds of wheels. Just because they're oem doesn't make them "not good looking". I'm trying to help this guy get the best possible look, for as cheap as possible.

And second, what the hell crawled up your ***? "Who the **** do you think you are?" I could've sworn I threatened you in some way, with that sort of comment. Chill out a little man.

Also, it seems he just wants to know if they will physically fit. Not if it will be hurra frush fitment type fit.

where are we? what are we? who are you?!

I got that, I only SUGGESTED 20-25mm spacers. I'd hate to see another FC be the victim of horribly fitting wheels

it is just a sad ****** sight man

My $.02... Not everyone on this forum wants your advice on how to slam their cars. This guy here is a prime example. ALL he wants to know if these wheels will fit AT ALL on his stock FC.

To the OP. These wheels SHOULD fit. The bolt pattern is the same, and if I'm remembering correctly, FC turbo stock wheels are 16x7+45, so they shouldn't rub on your stock suspension components.

And no. You will not need to roll your fenders to run these wheels on your stock setup.

And I understand that. I never said the OP was one of the people that ASKED for specific help. again I simply SUGGESTED spacers. I never said "you absolutely need spacers to run these wheels"

I was only trying to help the guy get a better look from some otherwise average looking wheels.

I'm sorry OP, I didn't mean to try and help you make your car look better.

kay everyone happy now?

for the record, stock fc t2 wheels are 16x7 +40 meaning the 16x7.5 +45 z32's will be ~18mm or 3/4" closer to stock suspension, and yeah they shouldn't cause any issues, unless you have an enormous tire or something.

I don't see why you guys have to make this a big deal honestly. I appreciate all your help. I'm going to mount the wheels and see how they look and go from there on whether or not I want to run spacers. Again thank you for all your opinions I got my answer and then some.

It doesn't look bad. But they don't look great either. Those wheels are so iconic. I feel like I'm looking at a weird 300zx FC hybrid.

I agree but these will hold me over for now I guess. I can always sell them when I want to buy new wheels. They flow a little better with the car than the old wheels did

LMFAO! @ bag of dicks. I almost pissed myself.

Honestly, the rear looks like it could use some spacers.
