Wondering if I can make this "half Bumper" fit with some modding????

I have a S4 front bumper I modded for my FMIC. I am looking at buying this shine half bumper due to my new "project".

I know it is for a S5 but I think all I will need to do is cut a little more of my brake ducting holes to get it fit.

Anyone ever tried this before on another S5 half bumper on a S4?? It will cost me around 310 shipped and I dont want it to be hopeless without some input.

Thanks guys.

I also have a S4 front that I cut the same way to fit the FMIC. And in my opinion I think our bumper cutouts look alot better than this half bumper. . .

you know what you COULD do? Cut the bottom part of the s4 bumper but leave a little bit of it below the molding and then attach the S5 half bumper to that little part you left. I say do it!

Thanks BUT I will no longer be running a FMIC so my S4 bumper is like a floppy dick with no support....it also looks tacky with all that factory crossmember/bumper supports in plain sight.

That is what I planned on doing if the brake ducting/over all air-dam shape was going to hinder the ability to mate it together

I think you should just find another stock bumper or buy a whole aftermarket bumper, $375 for a half bumper seems like alot of money just to end up with something over your existing one

I was thinking of getting that half bumper and the price is fine to me since its a good fit...i dont see why you cant just cut what gets in the way since your gonna hide it. plus you might have to change to s5 moldings right?

one issue I see is that Murray's bumper is cut right AT the molding so it looks like there is nothing to adhere the half bumper to
