who's fault?

i just got my car back from the paint shop and got home and was cleaning out the interior and noticed that they had somehow gotten paint all over the side of my 2 month old corbeau forza seat. and its not just a little that will come of with soap and water, the seat is really bad. are thet liable to buy me a new seat or am i just **** out of luck? any advice would be helpfull.

its their fault, take it to them and show them and ask them to replace it.

Of course its gonna be thier fault, its whether or not the person who is in charge of their workers at the shop is gonna take resonsibility of the mistake of which they really should.

The only problem that you might run into is them dening it. But of course there is always gonna be two sides to stories in cases like this.

I'd talk to whomever is in charge at the shop privately, like a manager or if the owner is in, and tell him your situation. He will most likely comply, I wouldn't try and go to the painter.
