TX Who wants to trade exhausts?

This is a good opportunity for anyone who wants free horsepower. If you have an n/a s4 and would like a full exhaust for absolutely free, let's trade!

I have an 86 n/a with a straight exhaust from the header all the way back. The header has a "test pipe" welded in place of the cat. The cat back is 2.5". Naxos is written on the muffler, so I guess it's a Naxos unit!...never heard of it before, but it sounds real nice!

I'd like to trade for a completely stock exhaust and air pump; from the header to the mufflers, plus the air pump. If you live in the DFW area, we can meet (at my home if you like) and swap our exhausts over.

Feel free to Private Message me.

Lookin pretty sweet, huh? This car just keeps gettin more and more fun.

I just read my first post and realized that it was a little vauge. The header is stock. This system goes from the stock header all the way back. Sorry for the confusion.

*exhaust manifold* not header. Headers are tubular and purpose designed for performance. Exhaust manifolds are molded steel and (on RX7s) look like a block of metal that's been hollowed out to allow for exhaust, but definitely not performance.

Okay, thanks for the correction! This unit is a pipe from the stock exhaust manifold to the catback AND a Naxos catback.

Update

Already swapped the catback, so it is no longer available. We put it on NakesFC's recently built and street-ported 91; it's sounds very sweet!

Still looking to trade for a stock cat. A high flow cat would also be nice, but I doubt I'll get any takers there.

In place of your stock restrictive cat, use this test pipe. Bolts right up to any n/a FC. If you would like to trade your stock cat for an aftermarket unit, please PM me!
