I happen to own a crown vic, so I can answer this question.

through 2002 all Crown vics and other panther platform vehicles ran low offset wheels, Ford redesigned the suspension for MY 2003+ and went to a higher offset. But I'm guessing that since those wheels are 15's that they are 1997 or older since 15's won't clear the dual piston front brakes on the 1998+'s. So that should make those wheels a low-ish offset, most likely can't tell because you can't see how deep in the lug nut holes go.

The stepped lip crown vics have an offset of 5-6ish. The single lips of course have less offset, I forget how much though.

Weight and fitment compared to Mustang wheels?

Looking for a set of wheels to replace the Mustang wheels and R compounds that got jacked last month.

Im not sure about the fitment yet, but i know they are pretty damn light. It might be around 18lbs- 20lbs?

I have a question, the wheels are not glossy enough, after touching the painted area already, is it too late to apply more clear coat? I thought I put enough but i dont think i have. What should i do?

Also, im not sure if im being paranoid or not but, are the wheels in the front supposed to stick out this much?

It just seems weird that it sticks out that much. The wheels are the same size as the original wheels that came with the car. Is it possible that its just the alignment is off?
