What would you guys do?

If you had the choice to paint your car any color. What would you choose. Seriously I am doing a project in my body shop class and am looking for some input for a "survey"

I like white

I dislike black only because of swirl marks, paint chips and freeway debris.

A gunmetal grey or a dark purple were two colors I had thought about painting my car.

i was going to paint my car silver at one point, then decided that the upkeep for black is worth it

on my daily driver it is silver

* Silver: Elegant, loves futuristic looks, cool
* White: Fastidious
* Vibrant Red: Sexy, speedy, high-energy and dynamic
* Light to Mid-Blue: Cool, calm, faithful, quiet
* Dark Blue: Credible, confident, dependable
* Taupe/Light Brown: Timeless, basic and simple tastes
* Black: Empowered, not easily manipulated, loves elegance, appreciates classics
* Neutral Gray: Sober, corporate, practical, pragmatic

* Dark Green: Traditional, trustworthy, well-balanced
* Bright Yellow-Green: Trendy, whimsical, lively
* Yellow Gold: Intelligent, warm, loves comfort and will pay for it
* Sunshine Yellow: Sunny disposition, joyful and young at heart
* Deep Brown: Down-to-earth, no-nonsense
* Orange: Fun loving, talkative, fickle and trendy
* Deep Purple: Creative, individualistic, original

I'm 99% leaning towards the stock black on my FC, but am still tossing around the idea of dark green or dark gray metallic.

i'm fond of white on most cars. if i had to pick a colour, it would be white.

I'll keep my 7 the original colour though.

+1 for White

My car goes next week to the paint shop for inspecting and estimated pricing.
Lucky as I am, my FC is a white one. Repainting it in the same color by a pro
with good quality paint, of course clearcoat and a good polish after all, you
will be amazed how nice the paint will look.

Nothing comparable with the standard paint all the new cars rolling out of the factory
with their nice orange peel paintjobs today. Mostly they arent clear coated and the paint looks like
**** 2 years later.

I am not a paint specialist, but I airbrush here and there a bit, that lead me to buy
a brand new sata-jet 3000 rp spraygun with all the filters, to spray my cars myself.
Needless to say the spraygun is sitting here around still unused and the car will be painted by a pro.

I'm painting my car a nice red. I think red is "sporty" and goes good with the rx7. some colors are for show cars like metalic and candy paint jobs.

the efini green is nice, I would paint mine that color but only if i repaint the entire car not just exterior.

I want to repaint my "Royal Maroon" base/sport some shade of forest green [BRG maybe?]
My other car is black and shiny
Either one is about equal to me for a car color [in general I like the greens best]

I haven't seen any good Infini green pictures... it always looks black or blue or anything not green..

I've had a Blaze Red FC and a Brilliant Black FC. I loved the red one the minute I saw it, but now I prefer the look of the black. I probably would not pick black for an FC if I could choose any color because of the additional care and maintenance that color required, plus the fact that it gets hotter in summer when I tend to drive and enjoy the car more. However, black FCs really do look superb.

Therefore I think I might choose either red or silver. If I were to depart from stock, I think I'd consider orange or yellow because I like those colors too.

Any colour?

I'm going to paint my Insight PPG "antifreeze green" as soon as I get the time.
