what are these?? please!

found these in the back of an 87 na coupe im parting out,it was a 2+2 so im guessing these are either the catches for the rear seat though they look to fragile for that, they are plastic and the backing pieces are rubber, could they be the catches for cargo tray??

O. M. G. I want those I have been looking for these exact items they are ultra rare!!!111!

actually I have never seen them on any rx7's I have owned, they might not even belong on a car since I see wood screws there. they look like door stoppers for houses/apartments

Yes they are.

They attach to the speaker surrounds and are what the cargo covers attach to.

You can see it here attached to the front side of the right hand shock tower.

This must be only for S4's. My S5 has the catch right on the cover for the shock tower speaker.

Yeah, from what I've seen the S4 cars have a round shock tower cover with these little add on triangles, and the S5 ones have an integrated holder:

There should be a piece of carpet that hangs down. Mine had back seats with the cargo cover.

i secretly have a set of those with the matching blue S4 hatch cover. i have not yet convinced myself to put it on because i'm always putting my drums in the back. lol

i mistakenly bought it thinking it was the S5 one but wasn't.

i think i got a picture of how it looks mounted on too but i'll have to dig for it in my photobucket.
