sorry dude i have no clue what bumper that is. but if your set on that look, i saw this picture recently

typical gp sports kit *can get that pretty much anywhere* with some lens bolted on.

Get a fiberglass bumper,reinforce/glass the area, make a template of the lens you want to use, then mark the bumper, and shave out the template area into a groove so you can fit the lens in.

 

so that would even work in the S5 or s4 front bumper?
