ive never had issues with it, this is my second one(first one stayed with the car that sold). Ive also used GlowShift before just because they have the different colors, so i could match my gauges(mk3 supra) and if by "manual" you mean mechanical, than yes.

Glad to hear. I'll probably be grabbing one of these in the near future. I also have glow shift gauges, and I personally think there great for the price. And yes I meant mechanical whoops haha
