i didnt thnk the AIT kit was bad, theres worse out there.. yeah the only bad part about the ait kit was the trimming required for the lense, and they dont fit 100% but other than that, for the price it aint bad.

another update..... i got the car running and back to somewhat normality... have a few kinks to work out but overall runs really well.... havnt driven it yet because im waiting on a rear lateral link, and my new throttle cable to come in the mail...
i got the wheels and tires on though, and im really happy with them...
17x8 w/ 1" adapter in front 215/40zr17
17x9 w 1-3/4" adapter in rear 245/40zr17
heres my scoop whoring lol..... stock, mazdaspeed, and re amemiya
im using the re scoop until i turbo it

the wheels on




and my very torn apart and dirty interior... still waiting for my ignition to get here

and the stock stock stock engine bay

and my mess of a storage room

i got the wheels and tires on though, and im really happy with them...

and yup yup yup... i pretty much stole that scoop! $160! damn skippy! lol... and the wing, im not sure, i think it is.. mazdatrix used to sell it, but in the pic they have, its on a car with a full finishline bodykit, so id assume it is

hahahahaha... whats up mang! been a while! yeah, i think everyone knew i wouldnt stay away for long! lol... i just wont be building a monster this time around!
and yeah, that fender roller made that job easy! it took me 30 minutes to do both rears! lol

heres some more progresso' on the convertible.... still had a good amount of work.. need to install the swaybars, sideskirts, cross-drilled rotors, wing, and a few other tidbits here and there... but im driving her now! so thats a start

thanks... but to me, this car is nothing compared to my orange fc.. i like the wheels more than the ones on my orange car, and how low it is (i only had drop springs on the coupe)..but everything else about the orange one i love a million times more... although, the convertible aspect of it really is growing on me!

nope good sir! you are incorrect!! they are volk GR-C's! the group cv from what i can tell is a 2-piece wheel ,and the center caps look nothing like mine! google both and look at them!

alex.. yeah, i still have the evo.... i just put it into storage for a bit.. keep the miles off of it
dltreezan.... i sold the wing to my friend and fellow forum member jessica... so no worries there.. and i wouldnt put the wing on a vert...but i love love love that wing and if i had another coupe.. it would have been on there in a heartbeat!
