Turn Signal Questions

Alright, so last summer my passenger side turn signals would some times flash fast as if a bulb was out. Now, all the passenger side turn signals (even the dash light) don't work. You can hear the relay working still when the switch is on for the right turn signals. The bulbs are all good (unsure of the dash bulb), so I know it probably isn't a bulb. I think it's either the switch or the flasher box down by the pedals:

This thing...

I'm leaning more towards this box being the problem because there's still power going through the switch to it, correct? Also, I can't find a part number for this box so, if anybody knows the part number (or even a proper name) for this thing, it'd help out a ton. Thanks.

You need to take the box apart (bottom tabs) and re-soder the broken contacts on the chip
