im with eddie....my ex always bought me car stuff for gifts (ie springs, bushings, other odds and ends) and even my current girl does the same.
hell, at least my current girl is ok with me spending as much on the car as i am "it isnt my money, but dont ask me for loans" hahaha

It's coming along rather nicely . She makes decent money and im still in school. She just got a job in Oregon for 85kyr to start but has a better job setup for next year here back home. Ill be
graduated and have a real job in the next year. My graduation gift will be a 3rotor. No if, ands, or butts about it. She knows how much i spend on my car along with the hours and could care less. It's already passed the "omg 1400 on that little thing". Its to the " How much does that cost? Oh that isn't bad, i could probably give you xxxx$ if you want". She has been around cars her whole life so she understands its a life style. She says "Well you could waste your money on crack and have nothing to show for it"

 

I hear a Prenup is a good detterant against who is right and wrong!

 

Yeah you dont want her to take half the car with her when she decides to leave you LOL
