The way a lot of sponsors do it, is that they can put their symbol on your car if they help you out with something. If the entire car is going to have their huge sticker on it, most of the time that's for full sponsors (who pay for most of your mods or they pay you salary to go to shows and competitions). If it's a decent sized one, like on just the the rear bumper...then doing vinal to your car is a good trade. I wouldn't do it if they were taking up the whole side of my car.

Just my 2 cents

You arent in the club?

Here's my bet. They tell you they need your car for the weekend to vinyl it. You wait patiently all weekend and then magically you can't get ahold of the guy anymore.... Next thing you know they spent the whole weekend stripping your car, and it ends up being pulled out of a ditch with no interior, no motor or tranny and sitting on steel wheels....

Nothing's Free.

Unfortunately, I agree with you. manslayerx9, if you are honestly about to trust a bunch of kids with a "car club" that want to borrow your car for a few days to vinyl it, your a far more trusting person than I am.

I've seen sh*t like this happen all the time and it disgusts me. How well do you know these people that are about to vinyl your car? Have you seen them do the work on other cars? Are they pretty decently well known in your local area for their work or cars?

^^^^^Oh *****..........I thought these vinylers were friends of yours, and you were gonna be there to oversee the process. I wouldnt leave my car at all. If you are serious about the job tell them you want to be there for the job. If they say no.....you ofcourse say no. Not worth the potential alternative.

They very well could be friends of his. I was just assuming their not or that they are and he was gonna leave it anyway.

Regardless if their your friends or not, you should try to be their during the process.
