Well I got some broken S5 tails that I repaired into great shape and changed just a bit.

I honestly don't really like them on the car -but I thought the idea was cool. I also fucked up and removed the inside part of the lens close to the plate, this is a no no The turn signals had to be painted to hide the cracks that I put bondo over and sanded down to look flush again... you cannot really tell they were cracked. The brake/ driving lights are LED

If I can somehow fix the plate lights I might leave them on.

yep... I have a house in Lancaster and a condo in NJ that I am always at. The car is in NJ and is going in the garage for the winter in a few weeks for some upgrades just bought it about 3 months ago.

somthing new.. borrow a high reso cam so we can see it more clearly what your talking about.

 

i take it your orange corners where cracked? I had cracked mine. I recently repaired the chip with bodyfiller , masked the corners off and painted the black trim black.. and just left the crack thru the orange.

If you smoke the corners, it will hide the visible crack some,.

 

I was considering this... they have actually grown on me a bit the way they are... I think I'm going to remove them and buff them out a bit more and add some filler here and there and make the corners glossy black instead of flat.
