What is the devil eye look?

 

sleepy eyes looks horrible on cars like this

hence why soo many people generally hate it overall, no offense to the owner.

 

^^^ Haha, that car makes me puke in my mouth when I look at it. It has like a crazy army christmas theme type thing, with too many rx7 logos.... the sleepy eyes is the last thing I notice, haha

and yes i personally hate sleepy eyes on stock height fcs. just looks like **** to me. if it was slammed i wouldnt say a thing. but **** lower the ****** car before you do sleep eyes. -sigh- ****


its the sleepy eye setup with dual lamps. anyone have a pic of fc3schick's fc? if not look it up youll see what i mean.

Man **** what people think. Do what you want. I rock sleepy eyes on my car whenever I'm in the rare mood. Hell I'm rocking them now as a matter o' fact. It does look good on your car though. IMO.

The dual lights look pretty good & I like the fact that half of the light isn't blocked.

 

Im in the younger generation and I think sleepy eyes are ridiculous. Who wants to do a mod that makes your car look broken.

 

I think if you're doing it in the day for style, that's your choice. But if you're driving at night like that, you should be shot.

Personally, I think they look cool as long as they aren't open past where the cover is horizontal. Wouldn't do it on my car though.

 

you know whats cooler than sleepy eyes, when you can make them wink left and right.. ive done it one time at a stop light, but its tricky, you play with the retractor ****.

Green 7, everything looks done alright if the car didn't have 4x4 status. Actually, i've never seen a fc that high. So let's change that to 6x6 status. Slam it and you might get a vote.

i was doing that **** in traffic cause i was bored. so i decided to play with the retractor **** and it actually got stuck with one closed and one open. the motor wasnt broken just stuck like that and rocked it the rest of the day. lol

 

I don't see it in any way as looking like the headlights are broken. To me when you see a car rolling around with one headlight up and the other down that's a broken headlight. Keep the sleepy fc's coming.

 

I like how they look half open.



I tried the barely cracked and i tried full open and didn't like either. Plus this height would look great with xenon REAL hid halo projectors or quad tsx's retrofited in them when funds allow.

I removed the front piece of plastic trim under the covers a few days after i took this pic and now it looks a bit better. Still gotta clean up and get rid of the mounting tabs but i like it i guess....

I was messin with my switch one day and got them to stay like this... more like lazy eye though cuz one is a bit more open.. lolz (looks not function for sure)

P.S. iv searched on google and i can only find fd dual headlamps.

 

People, wash your car before taking pictures. Maybe a little wax and buff. I would think that is time better spent than making your lights sleepy.

For those who have done it, do you then realign your headlights?
