This looks like primer?? what are you on? can i have some?
This is the only 7 I have seen done right. All the others look like Primer. Primer does not equal Satin Pain job. The Satin finish is actually achieved by the addition of a flattener to the clear coat. Clear coat=not rough. These Cars feel the same as a gloss car, just look better.

when I get the money I'll do that to mine but instead of black it will be close to the same color mine is now Gun Metal Grey like the FX45 thats the closest color Grey I can find that I want with out being to dark or to bright and not the shine...
Spray can color 177 lol Ghetto I know but I am from South Central L.A. ya'll give me some credit I know what I want. When it comes for credit I know the banks wont or my car would be done already lol!!!

if you got a compressor and a gun you can make it happen. if you dont have any experience painting then dont spend too much on the paint. i personally like the PPG Omni Epoxy primer, its good for the price and is easy to work with.
just pull off everything that can be removed. like the back hatch, bumpers, tail lights hood and ****. or leave that **** on and tape it off, it really depends on you. it will be dry to touch rather quick because its a primer

and when its primered then get whatever black you want or get a blackish gray mix and spray it. wait a few minutes during coats and when you have proper covereage its time to clear.
then when youre ready to clear it just add a flattener to your clear and spray over the black.
as long as you have the right air pressure (depends on the gun) and all the other variables (temp, catalysts, hardeners, reducers) are good then your paint atomization should come out nice and fine, leaving a nice smooth surface.
always check your pattern and atomization everytime you fill your cup and before you go to spray the car, or else your gonna end up putting more coats or wet sanding the base coat.
Have fun with it. Practice makes perfect

See pics below. It started as a 87 Turbo II. Full s5 exterior swap, primered, then the full flat black job you see above.
