Question S5 Lowe's Lip

I've seen a lot of home made lips or chin spoilers for S4's so I thought I would have a go at one for my S5. What do you guys think?

I was all "oh no" at the title but that looks really clean and good. Very nice! I'm curious myself to see how you went about making this and getting it to look so OEM.

I'll take some more pictures of it up close and the materials I used.
And I wasn't really going for anything too aggressive, just wanted to make something bigger than what it came with from the factory.

Pretty sure it's garage door sealer. The rubber used at the bottom. Subaru guys have been using it for lips for a while. Double sided tape IIRC.

Yeah it's basically just garage door sealer and double sided tape with some screws.
But as for strength, it holds up pretty well.
I drove at about 115-125 mph for about half an hour and it's still on there.
One of the corners started separating but mostly because I didn't put that much tape on it.
From far away it's hardly noticeable.
I got caught up working on my girl's car today but I'll post up a walk through tomorrow.

Looks good. If you can't find an S5 TII lip it is a good economical alternative.

Or you could just keep the stock black piece. Which looks the same.
