Could have been a lot worse at least. If you take the vid to your insurance they might give the big ol' "**** you" for what appears to be speeding and excessive lane changes... aggressive driving in other words, even though it really wasn't your fault. I ******* hate how some people drive...

 

I wouldnt call that speeding or escessive lane changes. You see him in the left lane, switches to the right as someone pulls out in front of him, then changes back to the left as that lady pulled in front of him on the right lane. If anything it looks like he is trying to avoid getting hit twice...

 

I wouldn't either, I was just pointing out that the people who could screw him over might. When I complained about how people drive that was directed at both the idiots who pulled out in front of him.

 

I was making a time lapse film, and testing my mount out. At the same was trying to stay in one lane while keeping speed the same...

 

Dumb bitch......."what do you wanna do?"......what I want to do probably wouldn't be productive....or legally defensible.

But what I will do is either call the police and have them write a report stating that she is at fault (and by virtue of the fact that she hit the rear of your vehicle; she is) OR.... draft a statement admitting fault/liablility and have her sign it after getting her insurance information and send her insurance a copy along with an estimate for my damages.

 

Sucks man. It's all good though if it's her fault then you are taken care of.

Thanks guys! It's a little something I put together. The roads are easily accessible but so far from anything and anyone. In my town the infrastructure is laid but the people just hasn't come, yet! As soon I get a new motherboard from my computer, I'll be able to make longer videos.
