paint - yes expect the trunk which was bumped in a fender bender and repainted.
seals - i have no idea. i got it from little old lady who got it from some old man. however, there are things that lead me to believe it's been replaced. at 7000 feet elevation, i get 85 compression and 115 if i dont release the tester. the seats have been redone and the intake system has been replaced. also, it runs perfect. never stalls, hot and cold starts fine. idles fine. and gets 28 mpg at 90 mph still.
however - it may be original becasue the old people i got it from drive like - well - old people
so im not entirely sure.

honestly - thats my milage on the highway...
and in town, my town has a limit of 25 mph, and the highway piece is 55 mph - and my commute to work is 22 miles at 55...
i got 26.5. just filled up today. odometer said 310 miles, and it took 11.7 gallons of gas.
I drive very slow and easy. no crazy revving, no racing. just putz along in a beautiful rare machine.

I traded off a 90 miata for my 1986 rx7 about three weeks ago. It is in horrible condition but I saved it from having a 350 put in it. I've always been a s5 man, but after getting 3rd degree burns from the coolant seals being completely gone and then blockwelding it and running 1/4th temp on a 95 degree highway trip; I have fallen in love with it. I'll try to post some pictures sometime.
