There's a guy that works at my local video rental with an S4 base that color... wish he'd fix his front end, though; he's got a pretty recent rebuild iirc, but a messed up front bumper. The maroon is not my single favorite color, but it's nice to see the more oddball colors represent. I kinda like it.

 

i would post pics of mine but its half black right now, i had to replace the front end, because it got backed into in a parking lot.

 

I love the maroon and the champagne gold colors. I may be wrong but I heard they only made the maroon for 87 and 88?

 

i have a champagne color parts car hahaha! but really the maroon is nice but i like the tornado silver and artic silver.

 

yeah the s4 v s5 is horseshit.. but i disagree on the cheap car thing. lol

i find parts for my car alot pricier than even my moms 07 colbalt. or w.e it is lol.

and to top it off.. i cant get any parts from any parts store near me. sometimes just one.. but parts being ordered across the country lol.


but s4 pwn all.. i think they look better than the s5.. but mbbe thats just me. lol

 

take your car to a local car meet and then you will see what im talking about.
You can have a whole engine and turbo built for what some guys pay for a supercharger or twin turbo on their original engines. You can go crazy on a FC and spend less then $15k, that does not get you alot in another car.

 

the thing that upsets me about s5 = auto seat belts and brittle interior plastics, most of the s5s ive seen have broken center vents lol. oh and the cost of s5 specific parts run a premium with forum members lol. But i do like the interior of s5 alot better in terms of appearance design. Only a slight few number of S4s that I drool over but they can look good, alot of local ones are run down as the cheapest car they could get their hands on.

I think that's the main problem with S4s .

 

well.. local car meets for me is sac. but yeah i guess ur right. it just depends on the car. but then finding parts for it is another story haha.
