thats a bunch of b.s.

although i dont drive mine every day, i have driven it everyday and have not found a single problem with having this on, so to tell people that it is best for a track only car is a far stretch. there is nothing wrong with using it on a daily driver. mine works great

its not b.s.

like everything with cars...it all really depends on the driver and what they want. cant speak on behalf of wally. but me personally, its simply too loud. my car is already red and i dont like to get attention. yea i know, i shouldnt of gotten a red car, but its red none the less. especially since i plan to drive the car on l.a. streets daily. i need to stay on the low low as much as possible. so this set up wouldnt work for me (plus im running a/c). IM NOT TALKING **** ABOUT THE KIT, especially since i dont own one myself, theres not much i can say. im just going from the video u posted.

on the other hand.....if i had a strictly track car, id probably have this kit!! it looks and sounds bad ***. especially since i wouldnt have the need for the a/c. i fell in love with the one mazda trix sells when i first saw it a few years back at seven stock. even took a pic of it lol!

but like i said, it all depends on the owner of the car

it is kinda loud but with the car running and hood closed it is not overwhelming, but can be noticed, i have people ask me whats in the car almost everytime i stop for gas, most people ask me if its a supercharged V8, i guess cause the bridgeport and whine.... i just laugh and nod my head, i love the sound

I have a 1/2 bridge and i luv how the whine changes with the idle

P.S. i still think the kit had some install probs but honestly, its worth it.

I think (personally) if you dont want added attention or dont wanna give up PS or AC or you simply dont like extra work...leave your stock pulley setup or maybe add the dual pulley. Since I dont have to DD my FC, I'm all over it...plus I also get stuff for free from them

I'll be throwing on this kit for Seven Stock...AC and PS is for weenies LOL jk jk

Remember that they do sell pulleys with different size diameter openings depending on what alternator you are using so be sure to specify. if they do send you the wrong one, be assured that it was just a mistake from the shipping department. They are sending tons of stuff out every single day and they will get an order or 2 wrong. I'm sure if you call and be polite, you will get taken care of. Otherwise PM me and I can talk to the owners and tech guys myself when I see them...

Ya, my box said it was the right one but i had trim some ****. I need a belt because the stock slips without the airpump so this is a perfect solution.

I'm interested in buying one of these kits myself. After reading the reviews of people having to modify holes I'm still willing to pay $215 for this set-up. Seems like a great value to me.

Def worth it man, i think mine was a freak packaging error or something. But in the end i completely love it, little annoying sometimes but it actually serves a purpose and serves it well.

I have a question... how many miles do these belts last before they decide to pop off?

Be careful if using the FD alt on a FC engine, the belt from the rotary works kit WILL NOT, and I mean WILL NOT WORK!!!!

The belt size that comes with it is a 300L150, to run the FD alt on the FC you either A have to hack the crap out of the alternator casing to get it to drop down far enough, or you get a 315L150 belt (which is a pain in the *** to find BTW)
