project panda 7
i still think these panda cars need deep dish wheels, like some old school panasport or watanabe and with some over fenders like the AE86 then your all set... i like how these cars are looking though, coming a long very nicely
yeah i always wondered what it would look like on an FC and when i saw Future RS car , it gave me enough to go and do it similar to him but lowering the line just a lil, but yeah now we got 2 good looking panda cars , so championadrien when you gonna go panda style
and yes i agree it is all a matter of preference in the end .

you should leave the headlight covers black. IMO that's the trademark of the panda.
I wanna run with a similar color scheme but I don't know the first thing about sanding and painting.... what kind of sandpaper should I use? What sanders would help out the best?

i may actually stop doing the sleepy eye altogether...the only reason i started doing it was cuz my passenger side headlightmotor went out...so only my driver side goes up and down.
ill post pics tommaro of the progress...(and lower sleepy eye pics to keep hypertek off my *** lol )
s far as sanding and painting ....well im not a professional by anymeans...just doing what i feel...and learning as i go...currently i have been using just wet or dry sandpaper you buy at autozone grit rate 800 for initial sanding , then moving to 1500 grit and then 2000 grit...thats just what i have been doing when i paint...again this just works for me...i may not be doing it right by the book or whatever but its working for me , as far as paint..right now im just doing rattle can using dupli-color paints and primers , once i get the scheme jsut right and the way i want it i will then (hopefully this comming spring/summer) get it painted with a spray gun by one of my GF's friends who has a paint shop.
trial and error is how we get better right ...
i bought mine from a member on this site about a year and half ago , i know pandagarage.com sometimes gets them in their shipments or i have heard to check out zilvia.net
lol jk ,
yeah it does sit a lil low on the rear... its not low engine to y-pipe i belive... if anything when i get suspension ill get the exhaust hangers shortend or have the exhaust redone
but your probly right , i dont think they ever considered it .
Future RS any update pics with your panda7 ?
ill post some pics with the headlights down to make yall happy
I used to know somebody with the exact same car in Tacoma Wa. Went to Spanaway Lake High School (I think). The exact same color, exact name of a "Panda FC" (this name is used everywhere). The exact placement of the DC skateboarding symbol. Where did you get that pic from (what site, or myspace)?
I believe the car is turning out very well, keep up with the good work!
