i still think these panda cars need deep dish wheels, like some old school panasport or watanabe and with some over fenders like the AE86 then your all set... i like how these cars are looking though, coming a long very nicely

you should leave the headlight covers black. IMO that's the trademark of the panda.

I wanna run with a similar color scheme but I don't know the first thing about sanding and painting.... what kind of sandpaper should I use? What sanders would help out the best?

i know i know lol....since these pics have been taken i have lowered the sleepy eyes alot more , also the car will be getting lowered in the next few months, i am looking at suspension and just waiting till i have enuff to afford it .
i may actually stop doing the sleepy eye altogether...the only reason i started doing it was cuz my passenger side headlightmotor went out...so only my driver side goes up and down.

ill post pics tommaro of the progress...(and lower sleepy eye pics to keep hypertek off my *** lol )

yeah i been thinking about the headlight covers alot...ill prob paint it black and se if i like it...i still have to repaint my hood...i still have a long ways to go, new pics will be posted tommaro

s far as sanding and painting ....well im not a professional by anymeans...just doing what i feel...and learning as i go...currently i have been using just wet or dry sandpaper you buy at autozone grit rate 800 for initial sanding , then moving to 1500 grit and then 2000 grit...thats just what i have been doing when i paint...again this just works for me...i may not be doing it right by the book or whatever but its working for me , as far as paint..right now im just doing rattle can using dupli-color paints and primers , once i get the scheme jsut right and the way i want it i will then (hopefully this comming spring/summer) get it painted with a spray gun by one of my GF's friends who has a paint shop.
trial and error is how we get better right ...

i like those exhaust they look aggressive, its just that i dont think the manufacture considered that they would be too low to be equiped on aggressively dropped cars

SD Someone with the same car

I believe the car is turning out very well, keep up with the good work!

Oh, and if I remember correctly the "Panda FC" has the "Shocker" symbol right above the exhaust...just putting it out there.
