New Updates!
got to love all the new room in my engine bay!
This morning i had some downtime like 8am to 11am, out in my driveway nice and sunny day! i had the radio cranked to some rock station and was working away on my car.. Got my Efan install up with a theromastat, So when the car gets warm my efan will kick in. its awesome. I love turning off my car and hearing that fan still running under the hood it makes me laugh, People think im crazy!
Wow big run on sentence.
Ill post some pics this weekend when i get to my girls house. (no internet @ home and cant do it here at work )
Anyways Hopefully tomorrow the car will get a nice wash and wax, ill mess with my bumper so more to make it fit a little better.
Peace guys
Taylor

haha that kit does looklike that
Ok Here are some pics of the e-fan!
What I did is i wired it up to a thermostat so when the engine gets hot the fan kicks in, but as a precaution i also put a switch in and wired it to my dash so if i see the car getting too hot i can just flip the switch. The thermostat. isnt accuarate.

the size of that fan and setup looks pretty risky in the long run dude, wait til summer comes around and than see if its good enough.
you should try tucking that thermostat in the corner so it will look cleaner hidden and out of harms way

I htink i had one of those thermostats in my old 240 when i had an efan.. You dont want to run that directly off the battery *i remember those kind are pretty simple*. Maybe off a relay from an ignition source, and have the power come from the fuse terminal. Just to be cleaner and not have the fan kick on when the car is off.
I did a budget efan setup that is pretty clean and reliable imo
efan sourced from junkyard, and the rest from ebay.

After taking a long break from working on my car. (moved, and a lot of work)
I finally got around to RE-Wireing the efan, I found out that i was pushing the hot air out instead of sucking cold air in so I Re did it all.
It is now wired into the ignition.
Wires are now out of the way thermostat is now hidden behind the battery. I havnt heat shrinked the wires yet but please tell me what ya think.
I also got rid of those black headlights aswell, back to red

1 way Mazda made having an FC as a daily driver difficult: Lack of cup holders! (Those with Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks addictions will agree.)<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Hopefully you did something different about mounting the fan, instead of the zip ties.

the passanger side rear wheel was accually a donut, I have a brand new set of wheels on there right now, jsut havnt posted up pics yet. hopefully i can do it tonight.
the kit is not oing to be put on the car, I like the car so much stock and I also like it with a nice kit , i just cant decide what i want to do right now. Probably s5 conversion all the way around the body and put a lip on the front than a nice red paint job again. hopefully it will look good.
anyways more pics tonight when i get off of work.
