I don't care if you hate V8s


I don't hate on Rotary's... until they blow up... which is often. I kid. This had a well running N/A Rotary in it before. No complaints. I did this swap because I liked it, not because some dudes on RX-7 Club might or might not

V8 swaps are OK in my book. People shouldn't complain; it's an FC ON THE ROAD and NOT IN THE JUNK YARD.

 

The way I see it. The engine can always be removed and replaced with whatever you want. Running a v8 or whatever is just it's current running gear. Its like someone completely hating a car for a set of wheels. They can always be changed.

 

honestly, i like the idea of running a v8.. i just feel bad when it's in an fc
just hurts a little inside..

but that sticker would be dope. just sayin'

sorta makes sense.. but don't you hate seeing a nice classic american car with 96" rims? it's just a shame

Nope, usually they have a clean *** body. If you bought one of those you could sell those wheels to pay for the interior swap and have a nice *** car.

I think the engine being sideways might affect performance a bit, though.

it's dual-intercooled! that thing must have the densest, coldest air ever going into the engine!

but yeah i think an engine mount is busted or something..

Thanks man I'm saving up for shine rear bumper caps and roof spoiler lol might get some new wheels I need something with a lip or ill just paint the mb's black lol idk or a high lighter color I'm getting board of it already

 

Almost every weekend I'm out shooting some form of car racing or motorsports and I have so few shots of my own car lol... finally took one this weekend.


I got a really good price on a set of the reinforced FD wheels with decent Toyos so I bought some 20mm and 25mm spacers to run them until I refinish my MS-01's.. which I've been putting off because I'm scared to start sanding hahaha
