Oh I know that, meant more like how much do they like to lowball you kinda thing, I'm hoping that having receipts for the rebuild/streetport 11k ago for almost $3k and paint 1.5 years ago will help me out, I've never had any experience with insurance like this before which is why I asked

They were originally silver, but I had them powdercoated white. They're 17x9 +22 all around (so they're all concave). Tire sizes are not ideal, but they came with the wheels and they were basically brand new, so I'm going to live with them for now. Next tire set I'll change to better sizes... but for now they're 235/45/17 front, and 245/45/17 rear. Next tire set I'm going 245/40/17 front, 255/40/17 rear.

This last pic has the flash used to show the intercooler/oil coolers. Without flash, the intercooler and oil coolers are dark enough to not be seen easily
I'm not liking the front camber so I'm picking up Shine Auto Foresight replica front fenders on Monday.

just take the money, buy it back and buy a shell. it'll be work to swap everything over but you should come out ahead with a good running car and a few thou in your pocket depending on how much you spend on the shell car

Only thing that really sucks is it was the cleanest fc I've EVER seen, atleast in the northeast, like close to showroom quality, impossibly clean... so getting another shell to come close to it will be tough if I do go the re-shell route

With school and work 6 days a weeks and winter rapidly approaching I simply don't have time to go through all the work getting it back on the road.
That is unless it doesn't get totaled, probably not gonna happen, then obviously insurance will take getting it roadworthy again.
I'm gonna go get my stuff outta the car in the next couple of days,
look at the damage closer and in the daylight, and without a concussion and blood dripping down my face lol, but from the pic and memory it will 99% be totaled.
Can't say, although extremely upset about the whole thing (I had the car for a whole 2 days)
I am atleast kind of excited in whats to come, depending on how this whole thing goes, I'll atleast be in a tII if not something more expensive. And the more important thing, everyone's alright
Either way sorry for the 5 paragraph essay in a picture thread lol. Wish I had actual nice pics of the car to contribute... thanks everyone for the opinions

being a former body man there is no way that the insurance is not going to total that out. the amount of money involved for the labor in just the "frame rack" alone with getting the body straight again would be astronomical. you've got the right idea with part out and buy a tII or shell.

Unfortunately I don't have the money to fix any damage like that or re-shell out of pocket.
(Being a full-time student sucks for saving up money)
