And I fully understand the heat issue. It was triple digits here in Kansas when I was swapping the vert motor. It's a killer alright. At least I was in the garage with a fan blowing, but it still sucked.

 

You're car is what mine wishes it could be. I drool over it every time I see it on here. Amazing work. I've never seen a swap that clean. Let alone....any vert...ever.

that was last year when i was in colorado. i dont have a garage anymore unfortunately also the heat sucks. so i just pay to get **** done.

its going through renovation. it should be all well and kinda done in a couple of months. i want things to be perfect before i **** it up all over again lol

First my pump was maxed out, then injectors were at 90%+ duty cycle so I have some ID2200s to go in when I get a chance this week

Nice and clean - I like that.
No clue on the hazing. If you can find matching paint, I'd try spraying just that area and blending. Or just paint to the body seam and rub strip. Some paint shops can put the paint in a spray can so you can do it if you don't have spray gear.

 

too messy. kinda hard to find tornado gray in a can also

im tellin ya wetsand with 3000 grit then polish should get rid of it. or you can try rubbing/polishing compound i suppose.

 

still won't come out after wet sanding it, if it still has the rock guard paint, I use zymol wax when my vert top starts to make black streaks in my paint. Try cleaning it really good, dewax or degreaser and try clay bar wax and sealant should hold up for a couple months. Thats coming from zohan, good as jew gold.
