Satsuki: beautiful car, but those undersized wheels are really holding you back appearance wise, especially considering the build quality of the rest of car.
Perhaps if you had a photo of the alleged perpetrators, you might be able to justify that statement.....even then its unlikely to be true.
Holy fender gap batman! At first I thought maybe the engine was out, but the back is just as bad
If you spray it down w/sealer/adhesion promoter the paint won't chip or crack

a flex agent is usually needed in the primer mostly on bumpers since they will bump into things and urethane bumpers flex and all, i used flex primer from a can

Yes both are bad. I am not denying that but, I think the chrome makes the wheels look smaller. And is the lesser of two evils.
lol i used to have a probe GT 1990 that was my first car back in 1999, not modded like that though (LOL)i just upgraded the turbo and then it blew up a year later
yeah some spray can paints are actually pretty good, it might not seem like it but my Whole car was from a can and not even painted indoors, it was on that very spot in the first pic with me working on it.

The car looks pretty damn good to be canned.
Davefc3sna if you live where the roads are real bad, I wouldn't even put a bodykit.. you will always be criticized for the huge wheel gap and high ride height that looks bad with a bodykit.
Thatman, paint your chrome wheels. Gunmetal or black wheel paint. Will look alot better.

hypertek yeah i was thinking of getting some bigger wheels to make the car higher then lower it to maintain my car's height and close that gap but sometime later on,
bunnybunny the Duckbill i heated it up and sanded it down smooth before primering, the paint is holding up fine no cracks even after autox and hpde days.
the duckbill feels like harden rubber it even has sunburns that only happens on rubber , i only say this cause i sanded it and it doesnt come off like foam, the Stock TII wings are also foam and painted as well and it doesn't crack

But what we(the other owner of the car) did to it was fairly humorous. It had a 6 ft wing, chalkboard paint hood and rims, no passenger seat, and front and rear strut bars, oh a straight-pipe exhaust, and finally, a functional roof scoop.
Yeah thats what I plan to do but I would have to do a lot of work with sanding them down, I would definitely want them to be a smooth looking black.

At all of yall that said I'm wrong. Both are bad the Koings were worse.
