With these wheels, not really since they're +17. My sterns rubbed a bit but I wasn't bothered by it. Positive camber gain is ridiculous.

i was referring to rubbing up top due to lowness. camber/offset is pretty irrelevant to that. i set my ride height based on the amount of rubber on my frame after a race lol

^ What offsets are your wheels? I assume 17x8 and 17x9? I had no idea you could fit those size tires under stock fenders with springs.

12 o'clock above the tire. where if it were a 240, your tire would be slicd to pieces and fixoring your wires.

Josh, I still have the inner fender lining, which is intact except the area where it meets the fender. That whole area is rubbed through - resulting in some burnt paint lol. So nope, no rubbing. If I had slicks then maybe that'll change haha.

those are corksport fenders, and i did trim a teeny bit of the fiberglass on the rear half.

my V710 setup:
18x10 +14 285/30/18
17x10.5 +12 315/35/17

i dont think i have any good pics that arent in here already lol

does that setup not hurt you in autox? may be of relevance or not but even cars lapping tsukuba around 1 min mark are running 235 and 245 f/r. just a thought. because wider is not always better. spreading the weight too much can hinder the handling.

in autox, bigger is definately better, until you cant get heat in the tires.
in my case, i had trouble putting power down in 2nd with 285's all around, so i upped the rears to 315's. cant fit any more tire in front with these fenders, so they stayed.
look at any fast autox car- they all have giant tires.

on track you dont generate nearly as much heat, and rolling friction is a bigger issue, so bigger isnt necessarily better. tire choice depends on a pile of factors. AFAIK, all time attack cars have limits on tire width and compound

Not pretty, but she gets around.

While not as nicely built as Andy's cars, here is my FC. She's 2400# and 160rwhp of wholesome track goodness.
