painted/mounted my Corksport Odura lip

mounted my new Corksport lip today and gave the car a cleaning, was not cleaned since July.
I still have to take the bumper back off and paint it, it came off my other FC.

I can put the old lip back on my other FC now

I have a full S5 conversion waiting to go in, along with factory side skirts, but I think im doing that over the winter.
I swapped bumpers with my other FC because it was already cut for the intercooler and my other FC is V8 powered so it no longer has a FMIC.

I have a stock undertray on there- is there another one out there?

Aftermarket yes. But it looks terrible seeing the ground through your front bumper, You can make one. It just has to extend from the stock on to the front lip.

you know whats funny? that engine bay is my background too.

anyway i love the new lip, but i think it will look better with another s5 bumper that dosen't have the bottom cut out. having that bottom cut out makes it look like it needs a bigger intercooler. extending the undertray may work too, but i think an un-cut s5 bumper will 'frame' the intercooler perfectly and then the lip will just be the icing on the cake.

without cutting the bottom part of the bumper the car ran hotter- remember?
I cut it for function.

Its hard to extend the undertray to the lip as some as saying- first they are a few inches apart from each other height wise.

Second before the bottom of the bumper was cut the car ran hotter so I cut it.

Third- I had the tray tucked under my other lip and on the highway it actually made the airflow worse.

It just looks odd in the pictures, if you notice the last picture you cant even see the tray, the only way you can see the tray is by peeking way under the car.

If someone reading this actually modified thier tray to meet thier aftermarket lip I would love to hear about it and see some pictures?
I can see if I have a piece of neoprene to try out, if it works I can glass something up.

im going to stick them on with body molding tape, s5s have clips where s4s are glued.

That is a sick car. The lip looks great. Maybe too great. I think the front bumper needs a little freshening up (2nd and 3rd pics). Otherwise, it looks good.

I had already mentioned the bumper came off my other FC, im going to paint the bumper when I paint the rest of my S5 conversion parts.
