In a purpose built drag car, the main intention is to save weight. Most drag cars have very small radiators and hot laps become an issue depending on weather. Unless they put weight savings back a bit, keeping cool is an issue. A drag car typically has as little complications as possible.
And as for fuel, the rail isn't the issue. It's the rest of the system. Supplying fuel to this beast will be a hell of a setup.
And as far as my conservative ideas, I'm a realist. 99% of us will never have the cash to do more than look at this thing. So the market isn't there. Like I said, I like the concept. If they get it to work, congrats on them for pushing the boundaries. But I'm not going to praise the ground they walk on for it.
This will be a $30k plus engine, and at a time where unless you have a rich daddy, no life, or a corporate sponsorship, you will never have the money to own one, I just can't see this taking off.
But that's just how I feel. Take it or leave it. Say I have no idea or not. I'll stick to my ideas, my opinions.
Possibly they will keep it cool, I didn't say they would have an issue fueling it, just stating that they are leaving a small margin for error.

And as for fuel, that thing will need a MASSIVE fuel setup. No ones saying it can't be done. I guess it comes down to logical thinking. Just because you can, doesn't mean you should. As Chris Rock once said, you can drive down the interstate with your feet, but that doesn't make it a good idea.
This thing, at least in n/a form, will use less fuel than many of the turbo 3-rotor drag cars and certainly less than the turbo 4-rotors. Fueling this thing will be easy, as will cooling it.
Also, hot laps are performed by road racing cars, not drag cars
