just came across this item on ebay

just wanted to see what everyone thinks..

honestly i didnt think i would ever want to put some glow gauges on the fc but this one looks pretty decent and just plain white (the way i like it, not to ricer or cray looking) and good decent price range also

but i noticed its only for the turbo models... so im pretty assed out.. they have some for the NA but its for a s4 cluster and mine is s5 =[

 

I Found some at the junkyard and decided to get them just to sell for more later but no one seems to even want them. Which makes no sence because I was selling them for the same amout as this guy. Maybe it is because mine are S4 na or no one likes this style anymore.

 

if you get tired of em u can always pull em


if your car is tasteful i think its cool.

This pic was lightened up a lot too, It was so dark I couldnt really see it at night.

My Opinion, Dont get them!

 

I dig the stock amber gauges.

 

I have similar gauges in one of my FC's. I never really wanted a white face cluster, but I got them for the hell of it years ago & ended up like them.

 

I mean for 30 bucks free shipping at least you won't be taking a huge gamble.

 

I like the white faces. I don't know about the glow.

 

^ Agreed. The ones I do like are the "reverse glow" so they're white during the day, and at night only the numbers still glow. Had em on my Honda and loved em!

If done right, I think they make the gauge cluster look a bit more modern in my opinion. But of course that is just me.

I suppose it'd look decent if every light in the interior was blue. I tried to pull the all blue look off, but the fact that the longicon and other stock lights are still orange kill it. But its your car and your decision.

 

^ but see yours is the other type i saw.. dont like how only the numbers and stripes light up.. the ones i posted the actual full face glows.... my friend had the same faces like yours in his civic.. dont like them kinda cheesy

again kinda looks cheesy but it would make your set up match i guess?

 

Why don't them make a black face gauge that lights up the numbers red? I would be all over that.

 

I had some of the full face ones. They work nice but if you aren't running them at full brightness the lighting is really grainy and I could see them flickering. And full brightness is just ridiculous. Ended up getting the stripe ones. Meh.
